| CMP 12 in Israel - identity quest

Hi Everyone, Attached is a picture of a CMP Cab 12, taken in an Israeli army museum. Can anyone please provide a more detailed ID? Also, as there are no manufacturer plates left, where can I find the VIN stamping on the chassis rails? Thank you, Yohay |

| Cab 12

It's a Ford so if it has the original gearbox it will be stamped on the top just above the inspection plate adjacent to the bell housing. Also if it is in the same place as the Australian delivered cab 12s it will also be on the front right chassis rail near the front engine mount. As you probably are aware the engine number was used as the chassis number, so you're looking for a 2G prefixed number ending in F.
