the flange on your transfer case doesn't look to be installed properly? is it in far enough? The right one?

Have to agree...way too much seal surface showing there, even with the missing mud and dirt deflector. Something isn't right with the input shaft or flange.

Is there A speedo spacer been put in at the back of the bearing, which shifts your yoke further out? Cheers Andrew.

Should the brown flange not have circular metal disk on it to protect the seal on the transfer case.
Can we see a better overall picture of the transfer case as well please.

Hello
problem solved today , You where right! I only have to remove a sort of spacer under the transfer case flange , maybe present due to unusual hight position of the engine before the restauration.... Thanks all ![]() regards Sylvain |
