Chevy CMP transmission input shaft
I need a rot and rust free input shaft for my 15cwt chev transmission. The spare I have is worse than the original and the splines on both are badly corroded, as is the pilot bushing end - anybody in the Ontario got an extra available?? BP

Bob, I might have something for you. Can you confirm the part#'s from the C15A-04 Illustrated Parts List and I'll get back to you shortly.

input shaft
Hi Richard
thanks for your reply- checked both a 15cwt and FAT manual for parts numbers and they seem a little confused. My books show input shaft as group number 4.351, described as gear, clutch and part # 590941 Both these GM books show the same numbers. Can provide pictures and measurements or maybe better can stop in to see you in a few weeks when I will be up your way Bob
