Should the brown flange not have circular metal disk on it to protect the seal on the transfer case.

Can we see a better overall picture of the transfer case as well please.

circular metal disk = mud and dirt deflector

Hello
problem solved today , You where right!
I only have to remove a sort of spacer under the transfer case flange , maybe present due to unusual hight position of the engine before the restauration....
