Alex, I think is a bit further more up the road. Note the houses on the right side of the road. The typical bulb storage building on the left is obscured from view.

I have yet to find a Windsor Carrier in Canadian army service....

Here is one in Den Haag 1945......sadly not the full vehicle is visible, but it does show a maple leaf on the back.

Ford CMP trucks in postwar Holland: Mr. Eef Scholte of Hillegom operated at least two of them. Eef is the man on the left in the first photo. His transport company no longer exists.
