The current production Master Cylinder (1 1/4" Bore) is part number 4572. This number is common to various brands (Wagner, Raybestos, etc) and may use their prefix, eg WG4572, MC4572.

A Google search will provide range of vendors (and prices!), but I also think Raybestos have a plastic fill cap and the Wagner uses a steel nut (larger than the original Ford), that might be something to keep in mind when comparing prices.
