The bolt arrived and is 9/16 national fine thread so it is not a match. The bolt i got from Robert is definitely 18 threads per inch.

I still need a critical measurement: the length from the shoulder to the end.
This is my attempt but it' was done flying blind .

That length is 1.120 inch. The bolt you made looks awesome.

Lucky me.....
Well as we all know....I was looking for something totally else and came across my second pump, complete with the "banjo bolt". So we have a backup.
