Regimental history (published in the 90s but written much earlier if I have the background correct) is vague on dates but c. late June/prior to Op Windsor they reverted to 'normal establishment of one troop of M-10s and two troops of towed 6 pdrs apiece'.

Reconstructing from the description of D-Day org, that would be:

4 Bty
A/B Tp - 6 pdr
C Tp - M 10

52 Bty
D/E Tp - 6 pdr
F Tp - M10

94 Bty
G/H Tp - 6 pdr
I Tp - M 10

105 Bty
J/K Tp - 6 pdr
L Tp - M 10
