Ah, OK
Never argue with anyone whop actually HAS a VK, that's what I say.
It's definitely 1940, from the grille, but it's too big to be a VC military Dodge (wrong cab /cowl configuration anyway) and doesn't look heavy enough to be a VF miltary for sure. I'd guess a VF 1.5 ton civilian or something like that then? G
