Hi Mark,

I got one of those from Warwick Lord a few years back, he bought a few from the Aussie army auctions at Moorebank.
This one was made by Chrysler in 44, all unused, some of the tools and utensils had been sutituted for later ones, guess the knives may have had rust on them, kit was totally complete even with a photocopy of the TM.

Here is a picture of all the components, hexagonal cardboard box contains the stacking chimney sections.
