Default What?

Tim Tams are very similar in taste and style to what we produce here in the UK as Penguin biscuits [Penguins were originally made by Macdonalds and then McVities and now United Biscuits]. Think chocolate biscuit with filling. Only they come in several varieties, but we only get two in the UK BUT they may sell the whole range in the Australian Shop in London.

Why Tim Tam? After a 1958 Kentucky Derby horse!

As to Penguins:

Quote:
McVitie's most popular chocolate biscuit bar, Penguin, is now over 65 years old. One of the first biscuits to be advertised by name rather than company, its association with the distinctive birds (the packaging featuring a giant Emperor Penguin) is synonymous with the brand's appeal.
and these people export them!
