Have you contacted Collectors Sorce in Acton ON? I know that Fred had a bunch of these not too long ago complete in transit case. I think they were around $800.
He would be the go to guy on the Lewis mag as well but be prepared as original Lewis mags are an arm and a leg... canadiangunnutz.com is another alternative as well for your search
