do you paypal or do you want the $9 this next weekend?  also the ohio ord 2in mortars are considered title I firearms in the US. yes the brl is demilled but the ATF considers the base to still be a live gun due to the fact that it was not demilled. its a gray area but both mortars i have were transfered on the evile yellow form. just a word of caution. dave
