British Army Training Establishment Suffield (BATUS) in Alberta had loads of the gasoline FV432s in service. Around 95, they started disposing of them. Most went to the scrapyard in Regina, a smaller batch were sold on the condition they be scrapped, and they weren't. There was a trailer load of power packs included in the second batch I mentioned. These ones were sold to anyone with the cash. Complete 432s varied from $1800 to $5000.
Many others went to various ranges as targets, and the power plants were pulled before the hulls were filled with cement. These plants also were around.

I had the opportunity to slavage parts off the ones in the Regina scrapyard. The price was something like 10 cents a pound for whatever we took.
