The Ford Rear-Engined chassis used in the Wheeled Carrier has a normal rotation fan that draws air FORWARD through the radiator. The Wheel Carrier bodywork has a upward facing vent to draw air down into the radiator, and an open bottom to the engine compartment to vent hot air away. Although there is an access panel between the crew compartment and the engine compartment, there is no through ventilation.

As far as I can see on pics of the GM rear engined chassis (Fox, Otter, Rhino), the fan also appears to be a normal rotation fan that draws air forward through the rad.
