Default Hi Erik

I also have a '44 MkII U'Carrier - and need the "right" gauges. I used stuff from a WW2 Dodge and jeep.

All of my Ford electrical bits came from Mac's Antique Auto Parts in Lockport, New York. These guys have everything that you need.

What they don't have you can get from Dennis Carpenter Reproductions - in North Carolina I recall.

Both spots have very good technical folks to help out, and good web sites.

Good luck.

Stewart

PS - my bit of free advice - stay away from that distributor mounted coil. Get yourself a cylindrical coil for an old tractor and mount it near ( but not on ) the engine. Let it get some cooling air, and save yourself the $75US for that special Ford part ( that sucks heat in until it dies).
