I have sent emails and rang the numbers on Dirks website but get no reply, i take it he is a hard chap to pin down ?

He is probably too busy unpacking treasures from the container
No serious, LWD parts is not Dirk's normal day job, so he might not be able to answer the phone and emails as much as he would like too.
