Hi Keith,
Yes you are correct. The builder has used a 134" wheelbase F60 that was used locally as a tomato wagon. Using pics of the Aus Tractor, he is building a "big brother". It has only been eight months since he found the truck. It has been a "frame off resto including drive train. He has done remarkable work for such a short period of time.
