I´d say it is a Crossley, 6 x 6, (Medium) Armoured Car built during the early 1930s. A number of these were supplied to Iraq.

Less likely, I'd say. The chances of one supplied to Iraq surviving there is higher than one that was given to a neighbouring country.

Still, I think someone should go and there and check it out. Better yet, save it if it is not too late. . .
