			Hmmmm?  The Browning Machine Gun in .30 cal was standard in the Armoured Corps (due to Sherman tanks and other US AFVs, and the Vickers in just about every other service.  I think the tanks also carried the standard tripod.  So, the mount would be some adaptation of that swivel not a US issue part.
