I have spoken to the State manager in Qld for Clipsal and he is scouring the country for any stock. In the interim I have found someone with a box of NOS ones. I will find out if he wants to part with any and put him in touch with you. As for the toggle switches I use the Arrow Hart ones made in Italy. I'll try and get a catalogue and part numbers for you and the agents in Adelaide.
