Default Pearsons book

Just like to say I have now seen it and the photographs as well as the quality of printing are absolutely outstanding!

My favourites are the post-war conversions of the C8 cab 12s into vans, including a most unlikely woodie and ice cream van.

David,

The book arrived yesterday. Wow, excellent work! Lots of large size, large resolution pictures of interesting vehicles.
It will get a nice spot next to the books of Nigel Watson and the publications of Bart VanderVeen!

Alex

Default Alan Earnshaw, RIP

It is with the deepest regret that I have to inform you that my boss, my friend, my co-author, Alan Earnshaw passed away peacefully last night after a long illness.

David,

I am very sorry to hear that. Please accept my condolences on the death of your friend, and please pass on my condolences to Mr Earnshaw´s family.

Default Address

May I ask that if anyone wants a copy, please contact the Publishers direct, and not Trans-Pennine Publishing, the editors and where Profesor Earnshaw was based (also a 'book shop'). Regrettably Trans-Pennine have been wound-down as a result of Alan's death. The company's shop in Appleby has also been closed. It has in fact turned out much sadder than anyone had thought possible.
