Morning all
![]() Well from what I can gather the truck is a F15A with F60 20" wheels and 9:00x20 tires, the box is off a CDN M135 and has been cut down by 4' in the middle and welded back together, I think it really plays the part and was really well done, the rear bumperetts are also M135 but again for now kinda look the part. I am also looking for a few spare 20" wheels like these If anyone close to me or in Canada has any Id like to hear from you as I will need a spare or two. Gordons Id love to see some pics of your trucks also pls PM Me or post it here for all to see. I wish all the plates were still on the truck but seems someone else needed them worse than me ![]() Glad you are all enjoying it, I welcome any help or pics to make this easier especially from Ford owners especially if there is any other places to look for stamped # etc to identify its year etc better. have fun !

a) upgraded with F60L components sometime during it´s post-war civilian career; b) an "F22" as Serge suggested, although in that case it should have all sorts of late production features - see my web page http://www.geocities.com/cmpvehicles/f22.html for more details. - Hanno

You may already have noticed that the swivelling tow hook is also from the later M series trucks. Any CMPs equipped with a tow hook had it rigidly (no swivel) attached to a spring that mounted to a pair of brackets that in turn were mounted either below the frame rails (generally on earlier trucks but some e.g. water tank and wireless kept this style throughout production) or between the frame rails (generally on later trucks).
