Just a few reminders for those attending the Swim-In:
1. Come down to the Site Office at Ball Park as soon as possible upon your arrival in Corowa to pick up your packs and pay your entry fee if you haven't already done so. The office is open from 8-10am, 12-2pm and 4-6pm. 2. If you are attending the Rotary Club dinner on Saturday night you will need to pay us when registering in so we can hand over your meal tickets and give more secure numbers of people attending to the Rotary club. 3. There are over 160 vehicles now entered and we will require people to volunteer to help on the Saturday with the parade and Presentations. You can put your name on the board at the Site Office. Thanks to those people who have sent in their forms whether bringing a vehicle or not. 4. Please be patient when visiting the Site Office as people manning the office are all volunteers. We are expecting a larger than normal gathering this year. We have a list of duties for our volunteers and you will be asked whether you pre-registered or not and also if you pre-registered whether you indicated you were bringing a vehicle or not. 5. We are still looking for volunteers to help at the Site Office. You don't have to be a member of KVE Inc to help out. You are guaranteed to meet lots of people.

Excellent, I can pay my registration now, but it's probably easier if I can pay the meals when we arrive.
what was the record number of vehicle entries before this year? it's gotta be a record of pre registrations!!

The grand total of pre-registered particpants at the moment is 246. 173 vehicles and 73 without vehicles. In 2008 there were 125 pre-registered participants in total and we ended up with 179 vehicles on the Saturday.
Upon arival come and pay your meal money so you are then guaranteed a feed on the Saturday night. I have told the Mayor to expect at least 200 for the Civic Reception and I have increased the numbers of people expected for the Sunday night Carvery to approximately 100.

Keefy leave the smart comments to Jo, thanks.
My interest does infact span further than cab 12's. In fact cab 12's only account for 25% of my collection. Which is the same ratio of Chevs Vs Fords. So, Nerrr.
