I will run get some photos & dimensions of the rifle butt plate in a few minutes and holler back. If it is helpful to you, Kevin, I would be glad to box it up and send it to you. As I remember, it is a little rust pitted, but still a good starting place for a refurb or refab.

Derek, I would love to rub shoulders with some comrades. However, I have a feeling that I might be shunned by the restorers as my carrier (obviously) is a bit of a modernized (or bastardized) variant. You'd have to ensure me personal protection...
