Default Bated Breath

Hi all - I am waiting with the above to see it in motion. Lack of weight over the tracks caused slippage and the slow start was due to having no second gear therefore starting off in third. Once going though the driving and steering with 2WD was OK. Lots of noise and vibrations with motor needing a major tune up. But it worked. I will now, at a slower pace, be able to finish it off, tighten the tracks, that were tight to start with, and get it to an acceptable condition.

Bob

Thanks for the update Hanno, have often wondered what happened to this truck.
Rich.

Hi Rich, I've seen various photos of it in a sorry state, at least it now seems to have a new(er) coat of paint.

It is not listed on the museum's website, though: https://www.military-vehicle-museum.org.au/vehicles/
