but I had mine sleeved in stainless steel in the 1980s and they are still going strong.
Note:- Chev C8AX (and probably other models too) have Ford cylinders on the front axle - I much prefer the Ford system with eccentric adjusters to the Chev system with the adjuster cups on the end of the cylinders and moveable lower links.

In North America, try Mac's Auto Parts. All of their items are numbered using the original Ford part numbers. Do a parts search for "Wheel Cylinder". The rear wheel cylinders for CMP's (Ford and Chev CMPs both use Ford brakes front and rear, except C8 4x2) are P/N 91T-2261, although I'm not certain if that would also fit your Carrier backing plate.

No, Mac's are in Lockport, New York, so I'd guess their prices are in US$.
