I went and checked it out today. The adaptation they made to the rims allows them to have dual wheels on the back. It has a hand operated hoist on it so I wonder how high of sides the farmer put on the box to need dual wheels. He's made a fix to the front of the box to strengthen it where the hoist mounts.
The box was made by Brantford Coach and Body but it's in pretty rough shape. When I go to the auction I'll take a piece of sandpaper so I can read the box serial number. There aren't any other data plates on it and no serial # on the frame either. It had a roof hatch but it's been sheeted over. It has a pintle but the castings have been chopped away to make clearance when the box is raised. The front push bar looks funny mounted ahead of the bumper like that.
