Men of Steel 2009
This Kiwi event ran to two days this year, held this last weekend.
Weather was perfect, and the venue superb. It was held in a big sand mine, with plenty of space and a good track and play area. Vehicles included the local Chieftain, M41, Valentine III, a Scorpion and a Scimitar, Abbott, two 432, two M113, BMP(?), Hotchkiss, a 251 replica half track and a US half track, and 5 carriers. Also a ferret and M8 armoured car. Forgot to add: M3 Stuart and Hotchkiss. Plenty of soft skins too. and a MASH chopper in action.
