Scary...to say the least. I was just watching one of those disaster programs on Discovery Channel yesterday, with a similar accident in the US a few years back. Alex

Glad no one was killed at that explosion. Here is the big one we had last year. It was in Toronto at a propane transfer station. It was during trasfer that a spark lit the propane on one truck. Sadly 1 firefighter was killed due to a heart attack that next day.
On a side note, the facility was in the middle of a residential area. People were complaining after wards about why such a place was allowed to exist with so many homes near it. Sadly the plant had been there for some time and it was the city that allowed all the homes to be built so close. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pan1t...eature=related
