Default Tri-service marking

Gord, did a bit of research for you. The crest is the post RCEME badge adopted on 1 Feb 1968. It was applied to the tri-service land maintainers of CF equipment. The rotor symbol is SAE, the crossed cannons represent armament trades, the lightning bolt, communication branches. It was used until the 1980's when RCEME re-adopted their old badging.
This said, your markings are those of an engineering unit, specifically not sure. Any eme types out there?
