The name is...
....Stewart (Stu, Stew) Robertson. He's retired now but you can 411 him to Rockwood. He wasn't per se a collector but did restoration for Gregg. He had
a steel specialty shop on highway 7. Had a Swiss T16 at one point. And did a Stuart Tank restoration for Gregg.
