Default Brockville COTC

Brockville was a massive officers training effort. The army got so big so fast, it quickly learned nobody knew what it was doing. The solution was to send all the officers to school. Gen (Retd) "Rad" Walters' views on this are in a recent article of Canadian Defence Quarterly.

Thanks..

I will look for an online version of the article...

I contacted the Brockville Museum, they have invited me to view their collection on the OTC.

They have newspaper clippings, old photos, as well as copies of a quarterly magazine called "The Blitz" that was put out by the OTC.

Hopefully I get there in the next couple weeks, and have some lukc.
