			 andrew it is for sure, this is a welbike container used to drop welbikes to the airborne troops. I eager to know what you going to do with it, restoring or.. I am collecting airborne stuff for some 29 years now and have some containers my self. if you ever want to sell... maybe you want to think of me. ![]() the parachute is attaced to the rings on the righthand side and on the other side there was a sort of cussion to soften the landing of the container on the ground.
