RA Artillery OP Valentine Mk XI

The Royal Artillery used a few Valentine MkXI tanks in NW Europe as observation post vehicles. Has anyone got anypics of this rare beasts?? I have seen about 3 including one in one of David Flethchers books on British Tanks published by Concord.
