I agree that those parts are the M series FN C1A1 rifle holders, or possibly the later C7 (cdn version of the M-16) rifle mounts.
The only variation I have seen to the CMP rifle brackets are that some have leather in the upper mount instead of the rubber coating. I have some of each NOS kicking around the shed. I also have a small stack of repro wooden sockets for the butts.
