A few more pics, These little buggers are very labour intensive. I started with a piece of solid plate 600x200x25. For the other side of the world friends,
2' x 8" x 1". I machined a section from both sides and took most of the swarf in the house under my boots until my lovely understanding wife gave me a gentle reminder and said get those b....dy boots off and I said! Its the type of boots there've got an R sole in them and she said!
