Anything is restorable, of course... you only have to look at the warbird market where a data plate and a few bits and pieces go into some new Spitfires for instance.
I was making an obscure reference to the relative number of good CMPs which are still being discovered here compared with Canada... Actually they didn't look too bad but the amount of moss on the first one might mean a rust problem hiding there.

Probably, almost for sure if you want to go the 2 into 1 route. And I don't mean in the vein of I have an original bolt, let's work out from there and call it a restoration rather than a recreation.....
You may think we go into a lot of trouble fixing up trucks that the tinworm has gotten into, on the other hand we seem to have fewer nasty creatures waiting to take a nip of us. Which way do you want to lose? |

Nice find...... and how can you say you prefer Jeeps.....
......... try a CMP..... and you may never go back.......... being a sane person again.... By the way.... wrong thread but... I got my pouches today.... had to wait to get to the PO on a Sat. morning..... I am very very pleased.... ....now get those CMP and start shipping parts we need in bubble wrap.... I can just see the PO clerk holding up a box with a V8 engine in it..... Boob
