C60 on Milweb
I went to see this C60 about a year ago, and walked away as soon as it was polite. It's not too bad, but everything's quite badly pitted, and just got a load of desert sand slapped on it. In my book it needs a full rebuild (and it's a chevrolet - yuk ). Admittedly it could well be ready in a week, it just depends how many people you get working on it at the same time Can't remember how much he was asking, but it was obviously too much. A friend of his had a Dodge D15 water bowser at the same location, quite rough but still with the RAF roundel on the bonnet - very nice, but alas not for sale.

Hi to everybody,
by chance I read this post a couple of years after it was published. I was and I am still the owner of this C60L, at all the effects Stefano and his friends were the only people who called me and came to take a look to this truck. The requested price was 5.000€, may be too much for them but still a fraction of what I spent doing everything by myself. Here are some more pictures, this C60L is not for sale anymore. Gustavo |
