Really, the bottom info is the records of Vehicle Movement Orders (VMO). Essentially a record of what units or locations the vehicle served at and when.

The top info is the vehicle description, ie, Iltis Basic with a Comms Install, and when it was purchased and then disposed.

For what its worth, it is easier for me to just paste the whole page in than decipher it all as i'm not genious with all of the codes either

Thanks again for all the info. I also went through some of the other Threads
and it did start to make some sense.
If I can help with any info for you please do not hesitate to ask. I have lot on WWII to 1970's Military radios and have repaired a few for other OMVPA for there Vehicles. Specially No19 Set./PRC-25/RT-524. I do use
the radios my call Amateur Radio (va3fsd)
