Get all those wanting to take a pic lined up and organised. Then one of them can go "Hats off 3, 2, 1 - now". Take the pics and then "Hats on". Hatless
Yes it did cause some of us to burn our scones. Been trying from the little pic to identify people - have some but the size and hats have somewhat defeated me. Apologies to those mis-or not identified.
