Fuel pumps for 216-235-261.... as long as you stay with single stage pumps... are the same and will fit the stovebolt six.....
some early one had the inverted glass bowl sediment filter... later models have a metal cap instead. some models have the input.output openings opposed 180 degrees the original should have the input angled at 8:15 compared to the clock face... Will look for specific parts number on Barn stock over the weekend and post results... Boob

Thanks for the help guys. I have my EME helper home on leave and we switched another pump off the #12 cab with less than satisfactory results. It now acts like we have an suction leak in the take up tub in the tank. Sucks bubbles in the gas when on the gas tank and runs like bear on a jerry can.
Phil, that is an excellent video on the light switch disassembly, thank you for posting it. I have a #12 cab with that switch to tackle some day. The electric fuel pump is a good idea, both the Iltis and M135 use them. Leaves no double wether there is gas to the carbutretor when the pump creates full pressure. Gord |

Well I help dad solve the fuel problem on the 15cwt turns out the feed tube in the fuel tank just full of rust holes. Added a new feed tube and the truck is up and running again
