Can confirm markings of No. 22 Service Batallion, Training Officer, millitia unit. Regular formations usually don't have a dedicated training officer as training is done at depot. Single lightning bolt did not represent communicators but electrical workers. Re adoption of the Startled Stallion came at the end of the 80s or very early 90s.
