I think Brian Asbury has rebuild kits, ot portions of the kits.

Personally, I have found that by cleaning up the wiper, and using a light synthetic grease on the paddles, the wipers work as good as new. I usually use Dow Corning DC55 o-ring lubricant, but any light grease would likely work as well. The reason I go with the synthetic is because they work on a wide range of temperatures. We go from -40C to +40 over the year.
