Dave, just for future reference, that isn't a radio tray persay. Its the mount for the WS#11 set tray.
 "give up" That mount would then have the shock absorbers and then the WS#11 tray then the actual WS#11 Kevin. I don't think your tray you posted is correct for a UC. It might be more for a truck or ground stn. Usualy the handles were so that it could easily be removed. The UCarrier install seems to be bolted in and not easily removeable. Ron, thanks for the info on the cable condoms. It makes sense.
