Darn cold here in Manitoba too...-21 with 20km winds to make it feel like -32. Sure you kind of expect that here in Manitoba in January, but we have not had a decent day since early December. Usually there is at least the odd day when it will reach near 0C.
What the heck, I am off to Cuba tomorrow for a week. I did not miss the winter the last couple years, and I kind of wish I was basking in the warmth of Kandahar again this winter.
