Hi Dave

The first Picture is a 1933 Pontiac..
Look at the vertical trim in the Rad face center..and the curved lower window frames..look also at the louver location on the engine cowl...well to the back half of the cowling..a true measure of Pontiac styling..
Only Ford..Essex and Pontiac had that curved lower grill in those days./..Dodge ..Chev..International all had straight across lower window frames..
I may be wrong but see for yourself...

The fenders are different on the '32-'33 Pontiac but the grill and lower window frame are similar..
All the rest of the manufacturers started the curved lower window frame in the mid -1934 -'37 years.
Ford Pontiac and Essex were the style leaders.

Here is a picture of a 1929 Pontiac showing the grill..
