Great picture.
The poms do have some redeeming features and the friendly welcome at Horndean from everybody was great. The trip across to Normandy with a couple of hundred vehicles and organisation at the Etreham camp site was first class. Now, I have seen this Diamond T tank transporter with a Sherman on the back, I wonder how much fuel it will use from Calcutta to Normandy for the 70th.................?
