562221 is found in the half ton dodge parts list, 666352 is not listed in either the 1/2 or 3/4 ton WC Dodge parts lists. It may belong to the large engine.

Others have offered identities for the parts.
I offer more in the "it's not a...." Neither number appears in the Chevrolet Master Parts Catalog for six cylinder moderls 1929-1948, either matching the descriptions given or otherwise.
