If anyone has the NSN for the long one, I can look it up and see if it is still relevant. NSN should be on the decal, likely in one of the bottom corners

The NSN on this decal is covered up by the Mirror, but either way, the one available in the "System" is now Silver/Red/Black and is designed for the interior of an A Veh:
